Welcome to the PanAfriConnect Registration Promotion. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering and claiming any promotional benefits.

Every newly registered user may qualify to receive a 1,000 XAF Investment Credit as a welcome bonus. This promotional credit is intended solely to encourage new users to explore the PanAfriConnect investment platform and is not a cash reward.

The 1,000 XAF welcome bonus is provided as an Investment Credit. It can only be used towards eligible investment plans available on the platform. This promotional credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cash, sold, or converted into any other form of value.

To maintain fairness, each individual is permitted to claim the registration bonus only once. Multiple accounts created by the same person, device, phone number, email address, payment account, or any other related information may be identified as duplicate accounts and may be disqualified from the promotion without prior notice.

Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful registration information. PanAfriConnect reserves the right to verify user information and suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false, misleading, or fraudulent details.

Participation in this promotion does not guarantee investment profits or financial returns. All investments involve risk, and users are encouraged to carefully review the available investment plans before making any investment decisions.

Any profits generated from investments made using the promotional investment credit shall be governed by the applicable investment plan and platform policies. Withdrawal eligibility is subject to the platform's withdrawal requirements and investment rules in force at the time of the request.

Users must comply with all platform policies, including identity verification requirements where applicable, before accessing certain features or requesting withdrawals. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in delays or restrictions.

PanAfriConnect reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate this promotional campaign at any time without prior notice whenever necessary to protect the integrity, security, or proper operation of the platform.

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, exploit, or fraudulently benefit from this promotion—including creating multiple accounts, using automated systems, or engaging in deceptive activities—may result in the immediate forfeiture of promotional benefits, account suspension, or permanent account closure.

Referral rewards earned through the platform are governed by the PanAfriConnect Referral Program and are subject to the separate referral terms and conditions. Participation in this promotion does not automatically qualify users for referral rewards unless the applicable referral requirements have been met.

PanAfriConnect reserves the sole right to determine user eligibility for this promotion and to make final decisions regarding disputes, qualification, promotional abuse, or interpretation of these terms.

By registering an account and accepting the promotional investment credit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these promotional terms and conditions as well as the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of PanAfriConnect.

Deposit Policy:
All deposits on Panafriconnect are processed manually to ensure transparency, accuracy, and security.
Users are required to send funds only to the official payment accounts displayed on this platform and submit valid proof of payment. Deposits will not be credited without verification.
Once approved, deposited funds will be credited to the user’s Available Balance and may be used for investment or withdrawal in accordance with platform rules.
Panafriconnect is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts, missing references, or deposits made outside the platform’s instructions.
Processing time for manual deposits is typically within 1–24 hours during business days.

📜 Withrawal Disclaimer

Withdrawal Policy:
Withdrawals on Panafriconnect are processed manually for security and fraud prevention.
Users may only withdraw funds from their Available Balance. Funds locked in active investments or unreleased profits are not eligible for withdrawal until maturity or release conditions are met.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1–48 hours. Panafriconnect reserves the right to delay, reject, or request verification for withdrawals that appear suspicious or violate platform policies.
Approved withdrawals are final and cannot be reversed.

2. Eligibility

13. Administrative Wallet Adjustments

The platform reserves the right to adjust user wallet balances where necessary, including but not limited to:

• Correction of system errors or technical issues
• Reversal of fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized transactions
• Compliance with regulatory or security requirements
• Enforcement of platform rules and policies

All such adjustments are logged and may be reviewed for security and audit purposes. By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that the platform administrators may credit or debit your account where justified.

14. Finality of Administrative Actions

Administrative decisions regarding account balance adjustments are considered final in cases involving fraud prevention, abuse, or system integrity protection. Users may contact support for clarification, but the platform retains full authority over such actions.

15. Fraud and Abuse Policy

Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate balances, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds.
